We thought we’d utilize this blog post as an opportunity to answer some frequently asked questions about the circus including getting circus tickets online. Although we’ve become quite a popular fun summer activity for many families in Ontario and across the globe, we still entertain children of all ages that have never before experienced the circus. We often get calls and emails from ‘first timers’ asking similar questions, so we thought it best to take this opportunity now to share and answer many of those FAQs.
Where Is The Circus?
The Shrine Circus is a traveling performance show. Our Spectac! 2016 performance schedule has us touring Ontario, with many of the towns and cities being close to Toronto, primarily in and around the GTA. See our location schedule here for the exact locations.
When Is The Circus Performing?
We are on tour all summer long. Once you have found the city and date that best suits you, we advise that you purchase tickets online as we are a popular summer entertainment destination and tickets can sell out quickly.
How Can I Get Tickets?
By far, the easiest most carefree way to get tickets is to purchase them online here. Tickets are also sold at the entrance gate on the performance day a couple hours prior to the start of the show; however, even though we’d like to accommodate everyone, we cannot guarantee that there will still be good seats available upon your arrival, and you run the risk of us selling out completely. Getting your tickets online is the best way to go as your seats are guaranteed. Besides, we’ve made the experience of purchasing circus tickets online a total breeze with only a few simple steps to lock in your fun family activity.
What If I Purchase Tickets Online And Lose Them?
We’ve been able to troubleshoot that with the use of your smartphone. Your tickets, if purchased online, can be saved onto your cellphone so you don’t have to worry about losing them.
Do I Need To Bring Food Or Snacks For The Kids?
There’s no need at all to bring food or snacks. At the Shrine Circus we have all of the flavours and delights to ensure an authentic circus experience all around, especially the snacks, food and treats. We pretty much have everything for you and the children right on site, all you need to bring is your excitement and smiles!
Is The Shrine Circus Wheelchair Accessible?
Indeed we are wheelchair friendly. Please arrive 45 minutes early on the performance day and come to the front tent entrance for assistance. Indicate your accessibility needs and we are more than happy to accommodate. If purchasing your tickets at the gate just prior to show time, you run the risk of us being sold out; So once again, it’s more beneficial to purchase circus tickets online.
Can I Book A Block Of Tickets For My Child’s Birthday?
Of course you can! We’re discovering that the Shrine Circus is becoming a popular birthday celebration activity in many families. One suggestion is to book early and purchase your tickets online. Are There Any Free Tickets Available?
Contact Kids Up Front to inquire and see if you are eligible for free tickets. Kids Up Front is an organization that takes unused tickets and empty seats at performances and fills them with very appreciative underprivileged children who would most likely never get such opportunities.
